Scope of Services
Lambda provides a range of marketing services, including but not limited to strategy development, branding, digital advertising, social media management, content creation, and website design. The specific services to be rendered will be detailed in a proposal or contract agreed upon by both parties. Lambda reserves the right to adjust the scope of services as needed to align with project goals and deliverables. Any requested modifications or additional services outside the original agreement may incur additional fees, subject to client approval. Lambda commits to performing all services professionally and to the best of its abilities.
Fees and Payment
Clients agree to pay fees as outlined in the agreed proposal or contract. Payments must be made within the specified timeline to avoid late fees or service interruptions. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all payments are non-refundable once services have commenced. In the event of overdue payments, Lambda reserves the right to suspend or terminate services until the balance is paid in full. All pricing is subject to applicable taxes, and clients are responsible for any additional costs incurred during the execution of the project (e.g., paid advertising budgets, third-party tools).
Intellectual Property and Confidentiality
Lambda retains ownership of all intellectual property, tools, and proprietary methods used in the execution of services. Upon full payment, the Client will have the right to use any deliverables created specifically for their project (e.g., logos, marketing collateral) for their intended purpose. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information shared during the course of the project. Lambda will not disclose any client information or project details to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law. Similarly, the Client agrees not to share Lambda’s proprietary strategies, methods, or materials with any external entities without permission.
Limitation of Liability and Dispute Resolution
While Lambda strives to deliver effective and high-quality marketing solutions, we cannot guarantee specific results as outcomes depend on variables outside our control, such as market conditions and consumer behavior. Lambda is not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of our services beyond the cost of services provided. Any disputes arising under these terms will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between both parties. If resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be submitted to mediation or arbitration in accordance with applicable laws in the jurisdiction specified in the client agreement.
